Сегодня Делала классический маникюр у мастера Беллы на Дмитровском ш ТЦ РИО. Мастер БЕЛЛА была в очень раздраженном состоянии. Девушка, каждый раз отправляя мою кисть в лампу, пыталась отпихнуть мою руку!!! В конце вообще взяла мой телефон и перевернула его экраном вниз, хлопнув по столу телефоном!!! На мой удивленный взгляд и вопрос: " Вас раздражает мой телефон?" Мастер Белла ответила: - ДА! С таким ХАМСКИМ поведением и за свои же деньги встречаюсь впервые. В этот день я была очень занята, и не было времени разбираться с хамкой, но до руководства этой организации я дойду обязательно!

С клиентами не здороваются, лица растерянные, жидкостью шеллак отказываются снимать «это долго». А то, что у клиента тонкие ногти и иначе нельзя- им плевать.

Делала маникюр в салоне Рио Дмитровка 14.10.2018. И вроде по-началу было все хорошо…НО когда я увидела свои ногти, не аккуратно прокрашенные, с огромными сгустками лака под ногтем — я была в шоке. Такого мастера и врагу не пожелаешь. Хочу отметить,что ценник был свыше 2000 рублей. Не тратьте ни время,ни нервы

Сегодня побывала здесь на европейском маникюре со снятием и с покрытием гель-лаком. Угостили напитками. Сам маникюр получился симпатичный и на первый взгляд, аккуратный (все однотонные и четыре ногтя со втиркой), но когда мне назвали цену в 2100 руб. и при этом на ногте большого пальца обнаружилась заметная неровность и не подрезаны заусеницы (на европейском маникюре не обрезают кутикулу, но лишнюю кожицу по бокам уж точно надо убрать), просто стало жалко денег, ведь втирка это явно не сложный дизайн и столько отдать за совсем не идеальную работу даже просто неприятно. Красная цена такой работе 1000 руб. Больше не пойду и не посоветую никому как и стоящую по соседству, ногтевую студию Duet. Цена завышена, а качество не дотягивает. Пошла только потому что срочно надо было сделать маникюр, а те, к кому хожу постоянно, были ещё долго заняты. Посмотрим, сколько с ним прохожу, может хотя бы 2-3 недели продержится, а то будет совсем обидно.
