Шараж-монтаж. Находится в Гараже!!! Это конечно смутило, но понадеялись на продавца, а ЗРЯ! Купили самокат, через 3 дня возникли проблемы с рулем (не подшипники и пр.) , что является гарантийным случаем, как нам и обещали при покупке. Приехали, обратились с проблемой, в итоге нас в грубой форме послали, коллективно обхамили, что -то предпринимать и забирать товар обратно ОТКАЗАЛИСЬ!!! Знайте, если у вас будут проблемы с товаром, вы ничего не вернете по гарантии и как минимум потратите очень много нервов...

Здравствуйте, Мария. Вы приехали на склад, что бы просто снять руль!!!! При осмотре самоката не было обнаружено ни каких повреждений, деффектов и лювтов . Вы стали требовать , что бы при вас сняли руль , а затем одели обратно. ЗАЧЕМ НА АБСОЛЮТНО ИСПРАВНОМ САМОКАТЕ ДЕЛАТЬ ЭТУ ПРОЦЕДУРУ. МАСТЕР ИЗ СЕРВИСА ВАМ СНЯЛИ И ОБРАТНО ОДЕЛИ РУЛЬ. НЕ ПОНЯТНО ЗАЧЕМ НУЖНЫ УСТРАНИТЬ СКАДАЛ В ОБЩЕСТВЕННОМ МЕСТЕ. УДАЧИ ВАМ В ЖИЗНИ.

Не хотел я отзыв плохой оставлять, но придется... Ассортимент неплохой, вроде и с выбором помогли, но.... Купил я в общем самокат, рекомендованный продавцом(вес выдерживающий самокатом 100кг, мой вес 86кг), приехал домой, собрал его, прокатился по ламинату дома и рассыпался подшипник плюс ещё были недочёты по самокату в целом (отсутствие болта крепёжного на ручке тормоза, руль с небольшим дефектом, головка болта под шестигранник разбита, будто его разбирали уже). Позвонил сразу в магазин, сказал, что приеду возвращать, приехал ииии у меня его приняли, да, вернули деньги, но не со словами, что это брак, который реально может быть и я это понимал, а со словами, что это я сломал самокат. Я прокатившись по ламинату 3-5 метров... Ну да, ну да. Я, не желая, кататься ещё по магазинам, предложил продавцу дать мне другой самокат и собрать его совместно, раз я предыдущий сломал, на что продавец мне сказал, что не сто́ит, а то ещё один сломается. То есть магазин то в целом неплохой, но по сути мне отказали в продаже товара. Продавец отказал в продаже товара??? Странно это) ну да ладно, их дело)
