Хорошо: Мастер звонит непосредственно вам и объясняет все нюансы ремонта, согласовывает закупку деталей. Плохо: Нет никакой системы приоритета, т.е. если вы давно отдали велосипед в ремонт и ждете пока приедут детали, то его вы получите очень не скоро, потому что про вас могут просто напросто забыть. Отдал велосипед на ТО (поменять цепь, кассету, манетки, залить новое масло в вилку, прокачать тормоза). Необходимых запчастей в наличии не было, мне об этом сообщили сразу и сказали, что будет готово через неделю. Через несколько дней позвонил мастер, сказал, что ремонт вилки будет стоить дороже, потому что её будут разбирать полностью, хотя я об этом сразу сказал, что ни разу ее не чистил (в чем проблема было сразу правильно посчитать стоимость?). Но это не критично. Другой вопрос в том, что после обещанной недели про меня забыли, ни разу не позвонили, пришлось самому звонить, узнавать когда будет готово (на сайте очень плохая детализация статуса). Как оказалось детали пришли, велосипедом занимаются, на вопрос "когда будет готово?" ответили невнятно. Итог: можно обращаться, если у вас уже есть детали и вам их надо только поставить. Коммуникации сотрудников между собой почти нет.

Максим, в данный период у нас была замена контрольных программ, поэтому такой бардак был. Прошу прощения, что так получилось.
