В первый раз обратился в 2016 году по совету друга. Тоже рассчитывал на решение мелкой, как мне казалось, проблемы за 10 минут. Проблем вскрылся целый букет, причём это выражалось не во впаривании мне кучи ненужных и недешёвых услуг, а в совершенно объективном информировании. Да, дополнительные работы стоят денег и требуют времени, но это везде так. С тех пор обслуживаю велосипеды здесь, желания искать другой сервис не испытываю. Тем более не собираюсь копейничать, пытаясь домашним набором инструментов и кривыми руками достичь здешнего уровня работы. Только что отдал велосипед для ТО и ремонта, в пезультате более чем уверен.

Отдал в ремонт детский велосипед. Одна спица на заднем колесе под замену, остальные подрегулировать. Мурыжили больше 2х недель под предлогом "сложное колесо". Бред. Колесо сделали. Еще просил настроить тормоза. Деньги взяли за "настройку", но тормоза как не работали, так и не работают. Мастер утверждал что настроил как мог. Я ведь просил чтоб работали! Важен результат, а не процесс. На возражение, что тормоза не работают, хотя задача была, чтоб работали, начал заливать что проблема в самой тормозной системе. Пришлось самому донастраивать. Вообщем некомпетентные товарищи. Если есть возможность обращайтесь к другим!

Спасибо за отзыв. Однако когда вы владеете проблемой и платите за устранение, исполнитель вам настраивает максимально корректно работу дешевого нежизнеспособного механизма, однако вы считаете, что уровень китай хлам должен работать на уровне топа, то это ваше большое заблуждение. Механик свою работу выполнил и механизм работает так как и должен работать. Претензии и негодования следует излагать продавцу данного устройства.
