Если нехватка персонала добавьте людей хотя бы на телефон и почту.Работники хомят ,салон нормальный а персонал бы поменять.Я зделал заказ но сроки некто не сказал на сайте тоже не указано,живу в 20 км от города специально приехал что бы узнать когда будет готов сказали что ещё не готов и не отдали в печать и придти через два дня ,за 4 минуты до закрытия или через пол часа пришло сообщение что всё готово,я позвонил в салон и сказали что специально вызвали человека и тот за 10 минут зделал. Я поехал на следующей день за 20 км что бы забрать.Сегодня 29.12.19 за стоикой на выдаче заказа была другая девушка уже даже поздоровались и поитересовалась зачем зашёл мило улыбаясь отдала заказ.Салон неплохой но осадок остался посоветую друзьям только в том случае если будут товары и сроки быстрее чем у других.

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Оформляли заказ через сайт, о готовности сообщать не хотят, хамят.
