Отдыхали всей семьей в сауне, всё понравилось. Вежливый персонал, парилка хорошая, везде чисто! Мы остались довольны, спасибо, рекомендую всем!

Доброго времени суток! Хотелось бы и мне оставить свой отзыв о данном заведении) "Посчастливилось" мне побывать в этом богом забытом месте..Это просто ужас,кругом грязь и антисанитария..О каких четырех звездах идет речь? ))) вы в своем уме вообще? Вы бассейн свой видели вообще??? Туда не то что окунуться страшно..,вода черная и мутная..и воняет..а номер с красным покрывалом?))это норма,что в нем лежит ковер в ужасном состоянии??? Он не просто грязный,он нереально грязный...А постельное белье с биологическми пятнами??? В общем,по вам Роспотребнадзор не просто плачет,а горючими слезами обливается!!! Будем вынуждены писать жалобу,чтоб вашу богодельню прикрыли.Нельзя так с людьми обращаться,мы вам вообще то деньги платим.. Н

Здравствуйте Диана!Я конечно незнаю когда вы были у нас,но дело в том что бассейн у нас меняется каждую неделю( а в остальных саунах ,поверьте я во многих была,бассейны вообще не меняют,а используют очень много химии,поэтому они и прозрачные такие)А по номеру я вам могу сказать,что он не работает уже долго и находится на ремонте и ковра в нем нет.Я вас немогу разубедить в вашем мнении и приношу извинения.Только одного немогу понять,если у нас грязь,тогда почему вы не ограничились одним посещением,а посетили и сауну и неработающий номер?
