Сдала анализ, обещали сбросить на почту результат, но нет. Позвонила и уточнила,обещали скинуть,так результат готов, но что же за сложность не прислать и безответственное отношение . не рекомендую. результата нет

Забор крови всегда качественный и результаты исследований мне всегда приходили раньше чем установленный срок. Пару раз была задержка из-за перепроверки результатов, не верили что у меня действительно всё так плохо, искали свою ошибку.

Пустая трата времени, денег и нервов. Не покупайте здесь программы обследования - пожалеете. Искала для мамы-гипертоника, у которой случился криз, вариант обследоваться побыстрее, чем в поликлинике. Нашла.. На свою голову. По телефону говорили, что можно сдать анализы в Центральном районе (ей так удобнее), а УЗИ и консультацию терапевта по итогам - в Дзержинском. На деле записали сначала на УЗИ всезвозможные в Дзержинский, а в другой день анализы в Центральном филиале даже не хотели принимать - никак не могли разобраться, как это сделать. Сотрудники просто игнорировали ее. Мама волновалась, а ей нельзя - сильно повышается давление. Приняли анализы только после моего возмущенного звонка. Теперь больше недели мама ждет терапевта. То записи на февраль нет, то предлагают снова ехать в Дзержинский, хотя это крайне неудобно. Либо ждать, когда выздоровеет терапевт из филиале в центре. Обращение в клинику вопрос не решило. Крайне не рекомендую!!!
