Записалась в салон на 12. Пришла.все закрыто. Мастеров близко нет и администратора. Звонков об отмене не было. Администратор вообще не работает. Приходит когда захочет. вечно с недовольным и заспанным лицом.

Записывались на маникюр заранее, обговаривали время. В назначенный день поступил звонок из салона, с информацией об отмене времени — «мастер не может».О звонящем: особа, с наглым тоном и без капли сожаления, что они подводят Заказчика. Никаких извинений высказано не было. СОВОК!
