Добрый день!в ноябре 2018 мы решили купить квартиру в новостройке и воспользовались услугами фирмы"ваш риэлтор",нашими риэлторами были Людмила и Анатолий!Людмиила оказалась,как выъяснилось в процессе работы новичок,а вот Анатолий как раз человек,который уже давно работает в этой сфере.поэтому он и с застройщиком общался он и в день сделки все вопросу какие были спрашивали у него!он не любит лишних вопросов,а их было много,так как приобретали квартиру в первый раз!сногое документы которые в последствие нужно было собирать после сделки в частности документы для пенсионного фонда,он говорил,что большинство докумеетов ссобирать не нужно это пенсионный от себя выдумывает,а потом оказалось ,что очень даже всё нужно!!после получения кредитного договора с мужем бегали вдвоём,как слепые котята,ничего не знаючи,собирали сами документы для мфц(на подачу собственности,в нотариальную,для подачи в пенсионный).мозги кипели от непонимания,звонили Анатолию он сказал,что он 4 часа будет занят👍!получается как мы с ними расчитались в день сделки и мы им стали просто не интересны!!у нас маленький ребенок хотели сэкономить время,чтобы всё делал риэлтор,а получилось и деньги не сэкономили и время своё потеряли!!единственный человек в этой истории эта зам директор этой фирмы Ткаченко Людмила Александровна,которая нам подсказывала в плане некоторых документов,т.к.она не работала с нашим застройщиком,в том во что она была введена в курс дела,она нам помогала и подсказывала всегда!!в этом ей большое спасибо!!в общем и целом остались недовольны этими риэлторами!!

Хорошая фирма, моя подруга покупала с помощью риелторов этой компании земельный участок за городом. Очень вежливый и грамотный подход к клиентам, нормальные цены на риелторские услуги, не в триста процентов хотя бы, в отличие от других фирм. Рекомендую всем.
