единственный плюс организации — большое количество точек приема техники.в нашем случае сдали утюг на чистку (в работающем состоянии, диагностика не требуется. примерная стоимость нового изделия 12—15 тыс). при приеме: 1. обязательна предоплата за диагностику — 200 руб (и ладно бы с ними, лишь бы все сделали)2. срок готовности (по режиму срочно): 1—2 дня при цене не более 1500 (это при срочной заявке, разумеется диагностика сюда не входит)3. сдали в субб.Результат:прошла неделя! звонков от мастера не было. при звонке с 10 раза переключили на мастера, который сказал, что работы будут закончены через неделю (плюс, минус), работы много, он — один. как служба доставки привезет — он не знает.Резюме: прошло полторы недели. утюга нет, купил новый!), когда будет готов заказ: «вот-вот»).Сроки не соблюдаются, цена не соответствует ожиданиям, вежливость не ждите (вас в любом случае будут стараться нагреть). очень не приятный сервис — НИКОГДА ИМ НЕ ВОСПОЛЬЗУЮСЬ БОЛЕЕ. – показать

Ремонтировал планшет Lenovo Tab 4, быстро определили неисправность, согласовали стоимость ремонта,сроки и после подтверждения отремонтировали. Отдельно выделю момент, что постоянно держали в курсе событий и выдали чек! В общем спасибо.
