Позиционируют себя как бизнес-центр класса "B", но по факту им не являются. Занимаем целое крыло на 5-м этаже чуть более года. Постоянные проблемы с протечкой крыши, которые устраняются каждый раз, но каждый раз появляются снова. Постоянные шумы от каких-то работ на той же крыше. Стабильно в 18:00 начинает работать перфоратор. Да, понятно, что рабочий день до 18:00, но кто, живя в Москве, уходит домой вовремя? Постоянные встряски непонятно от чего, то ли от грузовых лифтов, то ли от метро, которое проходит рядом с БЦ. Вибрация такая, что трясутся мониторы на рабочем столе. Максимум, который можно дать этому "административному зданию" - это класс "C".
