Отличный бизнес-центр с высоким рядом услуг, тут тебе и почта, и покушать, и вендинговые автоматы. Хорошая и вежливая администрация, приятные, ухоженные офисы, красивая зона ресепшн.

Работаю в этом БЦ и ничего хорошего сказать не могу. Во первых, одни курильщики толпятся перед лестницей, там и так маленький тротуар, так он еще всегда забит курильщиками и тебе приходится проходить сквозь эту ужасную вонь. Во вторых, невозможно подняться быстро и без проблем на лифте, приходится в час пик ждать минут 5, чтобы приехал лифт. За это время уже скапливается огромная толпа людей и ты еще 5 минут едешь до своего этажа. В третьих, кафе тут отвратительное, но другого варианта поесть по близости нет, поэтому приходится занимать очередь чуть ли не у входа в это кафе. Еда, кстати, тоже примитивная. В четвертых, вентиляционная система хромает, причем очень сильно. В офисе постоянно либо холодно, либо душно. Может быть, пару лет назад здесь было еще более-менее, но вот уже 2 месяца как стали сдаваться в аренду остальные этажи и теперь тут просто невозможно работать! Приведите в порядок зону для курения (заведите их в стеклянную будку и пусть они там все травятся и другим не мешают) либо действительно штрафовать, а не просто писать об этом. Лифты. Ну пусть они хоть раз все заработают, а не 5 из 8! Еще одно кафе и парковка для сотрудников тут тоже не помешали бы – показать
