Осторожно, МОШЕННИКИ! Четвертого февраля (04.02.2020) купили тур на Пхукет в этой компании, с вылетом на 08.02.2020 на 2х взрослых и ребёнка. 7 февраля ждали документы для вылета. Менеджер компании обещала что документы подгрузится после 16-го. Но увы!!! В 18.30 позвонили и сообщили "вы никуда не летите, вам не подтвердили бронь по отелю!" Никто не предупреждал, что возможен такой вариант развития событий . Сегодня написала заявление на возврат денег. На словах обещают в течении 10 рабочих дней вернуть всю сумму. Пытались предложить альтернативные варианты вылета, но конкретного предложения которое меня бы устроило так и не поступило. Общалась с директором, она сказала что ничем помочь не может ... Отпуск испорчен. Ребёнок расстроен. Деньги не известно когда я получу назад , возможно уже после того когда закончится сам отпуск. Странно, что нет не одного отрицательного отзыва об этой мошеннической компашке, которая обманывает народ уже несколько лет. Впрочем, это неудивительно - эти мошенники старательно борются с негативными отзывами в интернете: на одной из бирж они ищут фрилансера, который бы помог удалить эти отзывы... Лживые лицемерные мошенники!

Уважаемый Евгений, мы НЕ являемся организаторами туров (Туроператор), мы - Турагенты, связующее звено между Туристом и непосредственно Туроператором. Если Туроператор снимает полетную программу и вносит изменения в брони, то наша задача - проинформировать Вас и предложить альтернативные варианты. Оплаченная стоимость за тур - направляется Туроператору и уже о возврате обращаемся к ним. Деньги туристов НЕ хранятся у нас.

И мы не занимаемся такой мелочью - как удаление негативных отзывов:) Это сфера услуг - здесь всегда будут довольные и не довольные. Работаем на совесть, чего и вам желаем :)
