Хочу поблагодарить в помощи по продаже квартиры агенство Вариант. Очень долго продавала квартиру, пока на мена не вышла Мария. Конечно попались очень сложные покупатели, в процессе сделки выясняется проблемы с документами покупателя, но с помощью высокого профессионализма сделка состоялась и в очень короткие сроки. Спасибо за четкий подход и внимание во всех этапах сделки. На каждый вопрос или просьбу обязательно ответят и не оставят без внимания. Отдельная огромная благодарность Марии и Евгении за ваше человеческое отношение.

Обратилась за помощью подобрать мне квартиру в Центр недвижимости "Вариант" в конце октября 2019г. Риэлтор Гуляева Юлия нашла мне подходящий вариант по квадратуре и цене, хотя я рассчитывала приобрести квартиру в конце 2020г, потому что думала что это будет долго.Но оказалось, что дом вводится в декабре 2019. Грамотные специалисты во главе с директором Васильевой Евгенией помогли мне пошагово оформить кредит, получить одобрение с банка и застраховать жизнь. На днях я подписала договор купли-продажи с застройщиком и жду оформление документов с МФЦ и ввод дома. В конце декабря жду ключи от новой квартиры. Все действия специалистов помогли мне сэкономить силы, время и деньги, освободили от ненужных затрат и забот. Я очень благодарна, что обратилась к риэлторам за помощью в центр недвижимости "Вариант". Оно находится по адресу: Пояркова 18, 2 этаж.
