Добрый день!Решил оставить отзыв о данном интернет магазине так как с руководством магазина связаться не реально. Контактов нет, а с менеджерами что либо решить, мягко говоря не удаётся. 19 декабря 2019 года заказали люстру. Номер заказа 32865. После того как её привезли, стало ясно что по размерам она не подходит. Выбрали новую на сайте, согласовали замену. С третьего раза до нас доехал курьер (в подробности вдаваться не буду спасибо менеджеру Алевтине Безуховой).Когда же он все таки доехал до нас, увидел на коробке кусок скотча, сказал что так не может забрать, необходимо согласовать с поставщиком, сделал фотографию и уехал. Прошёл ещё день, но никто не позвонил. С тех пор, каждый день мы по нескольку раз звонили в магазин, пытаясь согласовать замену. То менеджер в отпуске, то на складе не отвечают, сегодня же 31 декабря мне заявляет менеджер, что склад начинает работать с 9 января. После праздников же истекает двухнедельный срок, гарантирующий соблюдение моих прав по закону о защите прав потребителей. Одним словом остался без люстры, без денег, с неприятным осадком. С наступающим!

Искала недорогой настенный светильник в коридор. Провела в сети интернета около трех часов. Пока мне не попался на глаза этот магазин. В нем я обнаружила подходящий для нашего интерьера немецкий светильник demarkt пунктум 549020602 по приятной и выгодной цене. Заказала по высветившемуся номеру телефона на сайте, с менеджером уточнила все детали, и уже на второй день он был у меня.
