Мой отзыв написан для партнеров компании Validata, покупающих у них результаты маркетинговых исследований. Не для людей, желающих заработать, отвечая на вопросы анкет.Итак, я (сама сотрудник маркетинга другой компании) случайно стала участником телефонного опроса компании Validata по теме: «Ремонтные работы в доме и офисе» (дословное название не помню, но смысл такой).Сначала все было неплохо: позвонили, представились, спросили разрешения пообщаться, когда я ответила, что мне неудобно говорит ь, уточнили, когда можно перезвонить и перезвонили…А дальше началась пародия на маркетинговое исследование. Во-первых, эта была смесь из анкетирования и глубинного интервью. При этом сотрудник компании говорил так быстро, что невозможно было даже разобрать слов, а не то что подумать и дать вразумительный ответ. Во-вторых, когда я сказала, что вынуждена прервать общение, чтобы подойти к своему ребенку, мне буквально начали «выкручивать руки», говоря: «Ну, еще секундочку! Это последний вопрос!» Так продолжалось минуты три. Естественно, в таких условиях я уже не задумывалась над ответами, а выбирала первый попавшийся вариант из предложенных. Когда я поняла, что меня не собираются отпускать к ребенку, я прервала разговор, после чего мой номер просто поставили на автодозвон. Когда же я смогла снова ответить на вызов, мне развязным голосом, обращаясь на «ты» и называя меня сокращенным именем, сказали: «Мы ещё не закончили!»…В общем, уважаемые партнеры данной замечательной компании: если вы хотите липовые результаты исследований, приобретайте их у компании Validata.Мои коллеги по несчастью: если не хотите тратить свои нервы на наглых непрофессионалов, не отвечайте на звонки со «скрытого номера» – показать
