Совсем недавно по рекомендациям знакомых решила посетить Valenok, и пока есть что вспомнить, делюсь))) Понравилась обстановка в ресторане, вежливое обслуживание, прекрасный интерьер. Заказывала мурманскую треску с креветками, было безумно вкусно, отдала за неё 850 рэ, выпила чай и скушала десертик) за всё 1600 отдала, не очень уж и дорого, и не очень дешево, для жителей со средним достатком, ну как по мне, то каждый день по 1600 в ресторане оставлять, так дороговато)) а раз в неделю почему бы не побаловать себя)

Все в целом было отлично,кроме охранников ака FaceControl. Какие-то хамоватые ребята,не вежливые к гостям. «Куртку расстегни,вдруг у тебя спортивка там?» Еда вся была хороша, глинтвейн тоже отличный. Наполеон просто ТОП! А орешки прям как в детстве. Оставить больше 10К за ужин,чтобы хамоватый работник оценил,достаточно ли хорошо ты одет. Конечно, приличный вид и не спортивная одежда ожидаемы,но не в такой грубой форме. Now for my Canadian fellas: Overall experience was cool. The front door security was mean for no reason. Absolutely not politely asked to see what I’m wearing and he assumed I could be wearing some sport apparel. Like bro, I’m a guest, being polite Costs $0. The food however was fabulous, I enjoyed every meal. Recommend: all cakes, mulled wine and grilled seafood

Компанией были в пятницу, был приличный чек, официантка без зазрения совести даёт qr код на чаевые и говорит сколько чаевых мы должны перевести. На отказ, она сказала, что это обязательная история в пятницу. Я такого ещё нигде не наблюдал.

Здравствуйте. Заранее позвонил и забронировал столик у окна и в арке 23.01.2022. По прибытию нас некорректно встретила девочка и усадила в не том месте. Сообщила, что надо было платить депозит, хотя по телефону о залоге ничего сказано не было. В итоге нас хамски пытались пересадить за другой столик. Пришлось покинуть Ваше заведение «Валенок» из-за некомпетентного подхода персонала. Спасибо огромное за отменное день рождения.
