Очень рада покупке встроенного пылесоса. Знакомство на выставке с компанией не разочаровало меня,попались настоящие профессионалы! Уборка в доме проста и удобна. Эта компания ставила пылесос в мою квартиру в августе 2018 года. Договор подписали в офисе. Монтажная бригада была на обьекте по договоренности, работы сделали за один день. Удобно, что есть терминал и можно оплатить картой. Более года система работает без проблем. Приезжал недавно за мешками - компания там же, люди те же, всё без проблем.

Сервис слаберький( Ой слабенький( Заезжал в офис, забирал свой пылесос, менеджер даже не обратил на меня внимания,разговаривал с кем-то. Нехотя сквозь зубы спросил у меня, чего мне надо, также нехотя заполнял документы, параллельно разговаривая и бурно обсуждая рабочую проблему, меня совершенно не касающуюся. Клиентом себя я не чувствовал. Но получилось дешевле, чем у конкурентов. Так что за цену лайк, за обслуживание три звезды. А не было бы такой цены и две поставил бы😖

Уважаемый Сергей! Убедительно прошу уточнить: на кого была сделана реализация, какого товара и когда, так как, к сожалению, в нашей базе нет заказчика с такой фамилией... Вы можете отправить всю информацию на адрес ЭП: ecovacmoscow@gmail.com , чтобы мы могли разобраться в ситуации (и действительно ли она произошла в офисе нашей компании?).
