Газовая организация должна быть серьезной и ответственной структурой, к сожалению, эта компания к такой не относится. Заказвл у них на сайте договор на гащовое обслуживание. Через день позвонила девушка, запинаясь и путаясь спрашивала у меня все то, что я до этого заполнил в форме. Слышко было, как ей подсказывает мужчина рядом. Попросила отправить на электронку точные данные, что я и сделал 7 декабря. Сегодня 27 декабря, а от них ни слуху, ни духу. Естественно, никаких договоров с такой шарашкой я заключать не буду. Если уж они просто взять у меня деньги не приехали, то наивно их ждать в случае поломки газового котла.

напишите на какую фамилию были отосланы документы . Девушка работала 7 дней (молодой сотрудник) На сайте введена система crm ( если есть заявка то она обязательно обрабатывается) . На почте есть все входящие письма. Сотрудник перед вами извинится если это его вина и сделает скидку. Аварийная служба у нас работает 24 часа и выезжаем в течении 12 часов после поступления заявки. Можно подъехать в один из 4 офисов и заключить договор . Деньги для нашей организации не главное , мы сделали одни из самых дешевых цен на обслуживание, -20% скидка пенсионерам , бесплатное обслуживание ветеранов. В 18 году ввели новую систему обработки заявок и распределения заявок между мастерами , что бы таких ситуаций не было.
