Не тратьте время на эту шарашкину контору. Привлекают покупателей выгодными акциями и предложениями, подробно консультируют по телефону, озвучивают предварительно сумму ежемесячного платежа и все изначально прекрасно и замечательно... Но все меняется уже в самом автосалоне, где ты либо берёшь автомобиль в тридорого не за 500к, а за 1млн от банка, где включается каско, либо берёшь в кредит без каско, но с обязательным подключением доп услуг, которые вдруг почему-то уже не входят в ту комплектацию, в которой априори должна быть. А отказаться от этих «доп услуг» в 300к нельзя, «условия такие». Вчера условия были одни, а сегодня стали вдруг другие, смешно даже))) в итоге платеж от изначально обговоренного отличается не на 2-3 тыс, а 10-15 в месяц Сильно садятся на уши, пытаются всеми способами втюхать продукт. В конце вообще на вас наорет «деликатный» менеджер и сравнит вас со второклассниками, великолепное обслуживание, ничего не скажешь 👍🏼 Упаси вас Боже хоть раз связаться с этой конторой 🤞🏼

Компании нагоняет "трафик" клиентов с использованием услуг агентства. Последними, для привлечения клиентов - используется предоставление недостоверная информации - о цене, процентной ставке, о проводимых акциях, о наличии автомобилей определённого года. Всё что изначально вам говорят по телефону не соответствует действительности. Работая по схеме - где участвует посредник, привлекающий клиентов, Прайм Моторс не несет прямой ответственности за информацию смазанную вам по телефону на предварительном запросе о автомобиле. Когда клиент "зацеплен", приехал в офис - работа менеджера, пока клиент 'тёплый' , озвучить реальные условия сделки: стоимость автомобиля, узнать действительный процент по кредиту, рассказать об акции или их отсутствии, и при этом дожать клиента. Отзыв составлен по реальным событиям. P. S. При желании привлечения к ответственности записывайте все телефонные разговоры.
