13 марта 2016 года с супругой ожидали во второй половине дня доставку детской кроватки, как обещал менеджер. К 5 вечера даже никто не отзвонился, что опаздывают. Но все случилось гораздо хуже. Позвонили в 18.30 и сказали, что через за час доставят — ждите. Вам поднять или нет? На что я сказал — за Ваш счет за опоздание. Кроватку вообще не привезли!!! Это бизнес по-русски))) Вот это компания, вот это сервис. Неужели стоит это прощать!!! Байкот этой компании, хочу прекратить ее существование. Не м есто такому сервису в России в Москве. СТЫДНО!!!! – показать
