Все удобно, продукты сложены как следует , не помяли не сломали , и тележечка рядом с продуктоматом, НО не было консьержки и минут 10 ждала пока кто то будет входить, чтобы тоже попасть в подъезд, где собственно и находится продуктомат. Придумайте вариант, как попадать в подъезд

Заказ №098360834162 был оформлен еще в пятницу, доставку предложили самое ранее на пн. до Пн часть товаров вычеркнули из заказа. В пн заказ НЕ привезли. Ночью, в 0-00 курьер позвонил и предупредил, что ждать еще не менее двух часов. Т.е. заказ привезет не раньше двух часов ночи. После нашей просьбы в таком случае перенести заказ на Вт. Курьер ответил, что этого сделать не может технически, попросил сделать это самостоятельно на сайте. В итоге сайт не работал, ни ночью, ни на следующий день. Еще часть товаров вычеркнули из нашего заказа. Статус заказа появился, что мы якобы отказались от него. Дозвониться оператору невозможно, никто не берет трубку, затем звонок сбрасывается. После того, как я дозвонилась в 15-00 следующего дня, оператор ответил, что не может перенести нашу доставку, т.к. у него не работает сервис. И ничем помочь мне не может. В итоге, ни заказа, ни денег, ни каких-либо новостей. Заказ был предварительно оплачен на 5.5 тыс. Я в шоке просто. хуже сервиса не встречала. Это был первый заказ у данного магазина, и у меня нет ни малейшего желания заказывать там вновь или рекомендовать его знакомым..
