По двум однотипным проектам были выбраны два подрядчика, одним из которых был Илья Кириллов и его компания Usign. В результате Илья Кириллов не выполнил оговоренные условия по проекту, в то время как другая компания качественно и в срок выполнила все работы. Ему была предоставлена предоплата в размере 30% и оговорены временные рамки. Спустя 2 месяца по проекту был прислан один вариант для согласования в абсолютно неприемлемом виде. Были согласованы правки и участливо внесены комментарии. Обратной связи не последовало. На телефонные звонки, смс и е-mail этот персонаж не отвечает. Результатов по проекту нет, кроме потерянных 2 месяцев и предоплаты, которая так и не была возвращена. Берегите свое время и деньги.
