Мне тоже пришелся по душе жилой комплекс "Усадьба Новая Салтыковка". Все в нем есть, и магазины рядом, и поликлиники, и школы с детскими садами, да еще на территории этого комплекса должна появиться собственная инфраструктура для которой отведены нежилые помещения на первых этажах, тогда вообще красота будет, еще и паркинг есть, и метро неподалеку. И все это хозяйство относительно недорого (для жилья такого уровня) стоит, да и ипотеку дают всего под 9% годовых.
