Большая удача, что это место сохранилось в отличие от усадьбы Прове-Калиш, построек санатория АН СССР в Сосновом бору и Дома творчества кинематографистов на ул. Кирова, который, как говорят, готовят под снос. Большая печаль, что усадьба закрыта для посещения - но радует то, что она, во всяком случае, существует.

Живем недалеко. Очень хотели и хотим посетить, узнать историю усадьбы. Не понимаем почему закрыто на глухо и нет никакой информации. Такие интересные примеры архитектуры, такие имена, наше культурное наследие... а тут... эх... Гуляя, обошли кругом, заметили машину на территории, свет в одном из зданий усадьбы, надеялись расспросить работника/смотрителя - но, нет...
