Груз не привезли! Прошло 5 месяцев. В ноябре 2020 он вылетел в Россию и его нет до сих пор. Сначала рассказывали про проблемы с таможней, с февраля просто не отвечают. Стоимость груза никто не возместил.

Елена, можете более подробно описать ситуацию и что за груз везли. Ваш отзыв поможет стать нашей компании лучше. В прошлом году из-за политических распрей между США и РФ действительно на таможнях в США и Таможенного союза была сложная обстановка которая отзывалась на перевозчиках. Впервые с 2015 года у нас поставили подряд 4 контейнера в США на досмотр и к сожалению повлиять на таможню в США у которой нет сроков на досмотр сложно. Так же были сложности на ввоз товаров в Таможенный союз, когда не только долго досматривали грузы, а ещё и были очереди на таможенных постах. К началу 2021 года практически весь застрявший на конец 2020 года товар приехал в Россию, остались отдельные посылки по ряду причин не выпускаемые таможенными органами. А так как эта посылка не утеряна, то возместить по правилам компании за неё не можем. У нас на сайте есть телефон и заказ обратного звонка которые работают автоматически вне зависимости от того хочет менеджер отвечать или нет, если по какой то причине звонок не отвечен то идут два уведомления: одно СМС менеджеру что до него не дозвонились. И электронное письмо о пропущенном звонке. Дополнительно (как правило) сотрудник созванивается с мобильного телефона.
