Хотелось бы выразить благодарность за отличную студию в Лайково со скидкой в 20% по акции. Покупали в апреле, об акции узнали уже в офисе продаж, поэтому не раздумывали долго.Это первая квартира сыну к совершеннолентию, поэтому все очень счастливы. Спасибо, семья Иванченковых

Самое главное,что теперь все точно будет построено и так как задымывалось! Суды закончилиь, наконец-то, Урбан отстоял свою позицию!

А я даже и не сомневалась, что так будет, тут ведь жилье строится и обманутым "сушкам" в том числе. Нельзя же людей второй раз кинуть, это было бы уже верхом цинизма, по-моему. Теперь, главное, чтобы Урбан подсобрался с силами и запустил стройку на полную мощь

вообще за последние полгода у урбана куча всего произошло -от разгона подрядов до смены руководства.посмотрим что дальше. я купил в видном, жду с нетерпением

В последнее время, а точнее после нового года, Урбан прям воспрял, на мой взгляд. В офисе продаж народу полно! В инете поругивают, конечно, за задержки по срокам, но все уже давно понимают,что сейчас это стало "традицией застройщиков". Вон даже дорогущий МИД на Ленинском опять не сдают и переносят сроки

Немудрено,что народу полно-стройка после того,как урбан сам взялся за дело,идет бодренько,куча хороших доступных акций-явные причины населению осаждать офис продаж))

Мы свою квартиру взяли уже, но следим за всякими акциями на всякий случай…И почти каждый месяц придумывают что-то новое!Отлично работают маркетологи урбана!

Задержек длительных у Урбана нет, строят качественно, "доводят" каждого своего клиента, поэтому и остаются лидерами наа рынке.
