При приеме автомобиля из ремонта обнаружились потертости и царапины на двери автомобиля, которых не было ранее и, соответственно, они не были указаны в акте приема-передачи. Автосалон отказался признавать свою вину, на официальную претензию ответили тоже отказом, заявили что царапины были, просто их никто не заметил. Было предложено урегулировать конфликт "нормально" - то есть заплатить им за покраску двери и не возмущаться. Больше в урарту - ни ногой.

Проходил плановое обслуживание своего авто. Все свои эмоции, так же как и нервы оставил в сервисе. Поэтому, мой отзыв лаконичен - я больше к вам не ногой!!! Такой наглый развод и невежественное отношение я еще не встречал.
