Очень низкий сервис и плохое обслуживание, неудобное время работы, недостаточное количество персонала, был три раза в подряд, ожидал более часа, не выдерживал и уходил в надежде, что завтра будет лучше, ошибался, завтра было так же.

Я 5 лет здесь обслуживаюсь как юрлицо и как физик. Ни в одном банке не встречала такого прекрасного отношения, как здесь. С физиками бывает очередь, с юриками всегда свободно и любая проблема решается моментально. Я очень довольна.
