Даже 1 звезды жалко! На ресепшне никого, не знаешь куда идти, спрашиваешь у персонала-игнор! Полтора часа ждала, очередь даже не убавлялась. Работает 10 человек-принимает 2! Зато ходят чай пьют и по телефону разговаривают. На просьбу, хоть как-то помочь, отвечают «ну у нас только 2 специалиста»!

Ужасное обслуживание, просидела 1.5 часа, обслужили всего 3 человека. Терпения не хватило. На входе на ресепшине никого нет, консультацию не у кого получить. Ужасно. Самое интересное, руководители читают отзывы, видимо нет, раз столько негатива.

Обычный банк, ничем не отличающийся от других банков. Всегда множество кредитных и страховых программ, обмен валюты, выдача дебетовых карт и многое другое. Хочется выделить сотрудников банка, очень трудолюбивые люди, профессионалы, готовые всегда придти на помощь. Видно сразу что банк дорожит своими клиентами и чувствуется индивидуальный подход к каждому. Брала у них кредит на учебу 50000 под низкие 12 % годовых. После полного погашения поблагодарили за сотрудничество и предложили еще оформить кредит. Но я пока в нем не нуждаюсь.

Много раз по просьбе знакомых делала заявку на кредит через Онлайн банк. Все в анкете очень просто и доступно, так же есть номер телефона бесплатный, куда можно позвонить в любое время. Потом на телефон знакомых приходила смс, либо звонил сам оператор и если предположительно кредит одобрен назначал встречу, но к сожалению всем было отказано. Так что когда мне понадобился кредит обратилась в Сбербанк с карточкой и паспортом в течение 2 часов уже получила то что хотела)
