Ужасный персонал, сидит 10 человек трое из них работают с юр лицами. Один из них работает с кредитом. А карту получить зарплатную не могу уже 40 минут. Сидят перепираются друг на друга, типо это не моя работа сидите ждите. В итоге карта в другом отделении банка. Бестолочи ленивые 24.03.2020.

Уважаемый клиент, здравствуйте! Приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию, хотели бы внести ясность. Обслуживание в отделении происходит в порядке живой очереди, время обслуживания клиента зависит от того вопроса, с которым он обращается. Специалисты по работе с ЮЛ действительно не обслуживают физических лиц, у них свой функционал. С уважением, УБРиР.

Конечный банк, сидят в четвером , один работает, одна очередь а три тп в телефонах тычут пальцем, и всех отправляют в к одному специалисту и сидим смотрим как она инсту листает, если при встрече такое отношение к клиентам то от данного банка ничего хорошего не ждите, открыл счёт в рокет банке
