Позвонили по телефону, сказали что одобрен кредит. Пришел, прождал 2 часа в живой очереди и в итоге дали отказ. Пока сидел в офисе слышал как клиентам этого банка нагло врали про ипотеку, продавая дополнительные услуги😕

Здравствуйте, Никита! Благодарим за обратную связь. Сожалеем, что вам пришел отказ. Хотели бы пояснить, что удаленно клиент получает предварительное решение. Уже в офисе банка после уточнения необходимых сведений и запроса кредитной истории в БКИ формируется окончательное решение по кредиту и рассчитываются лимиты. Все это делает программа, анализируя многие факторы. Нам очень жаль, что вам пришел отказ. Рекомендуем попробовать подать заявку через месяц. Что касается ипотеки, то сотрудники индивидуально объясняют условия каждому клиенту и рассказывают обо всех возможностях, которыми клиент может воспользоваться. С уважением, УБРиР.
