Ужасный банк, очередь большая, принимают двое и так медленно.Условия по внешнему виду паспорту не описывают на сайте если у них такие требования.Ужасный банк не рекомендую.

Ужасный банк и ужасная очередь. Крайне медлительный персонал с такой же системой. Три часа в очереди и 30 минут у оператора впустую.не советую обращаться.
