Третий день пытаюсь досрочно погасить кредит....система говно...завтра четвертый раз приеду..кредит можно закрыть день в день и надо резервировать сумму через личный кабинет...сотрудники зря зарплату у вас получают!!!!!!!!!

Здравствуйте, Закир. Для досрочного погашения, действительно, нужно зарезервировать средства на счете через Интернет-банк или банкомат. Направьте, пожалуйста, на почту smm@ubrr.ru ваши ФИО и дату рождения, а также более подробное описание ситуации.

Доброго времени суток! Была много лет клиенткой отделения банка в г. Салават. Отделение в нашем городе закрыли 27 июля 2024 г. повесив на окне объявление. Это ошарашило меня, когда мы приехали закрыть вклад. Почему не было уведомления для клиентов? Кроме того, срочно были нужны деньги и мы сняли их банкомате. На счету у меня остались проценты ( вклад был на полгода, а мы сняли деньги за 5 дней до окончания срока вклада))... 6 сентября 2024г , Я, поехав специально в отделение банка в г. Стерлитамак, узнала, что все проценты за полгода пропали...( А это не много , ни мало почти 9300р. - для меня - пенсионерки они бы пригодились...) Это что за грабеж? Вы полгода "крутили" мои деньги, и хотя бы за 5 месяцев вернули проценты... ( В договоре об это не было сказано и не никто не уведомил меня о такой возможной потери процентов...))) Я очень НЕ ДОВОЛЬНА работниками банка , о продуктах банка с грабительскими условиями.....!!!!! Лучше уж хранить дома деньги , но к таким "специалистам" не обращаться!!!!!!!!!!! Данный банк никому ни порекомендую и больше не буду пользоваться их "услугами"

Обед не нормирован,должен быть с 13 до 14 по факту только один сотрудник и очередь. Компетенция страдает у сотрудников.
