Банк, вы и все стремятся к сокращению времени задержки клиента для получение услуги, даже у вас в брошурах написано - оформление кредита от 15 минут, для уверения потребителя о активности услуги. Но что же вы не пишете о простое в очередях, пишите более правдиво - от 15 минут в очереди и от 15 минут на оформление... Часто тут бываю и каждый раз долго. К персоналу вопросов нет.

Сегодня (13.02.2020) обратился в Банк для ВНИМАНИЕ!!! ОТКРЫТЬ расчётный Счёт для ИП. Конечно, меня порадовало то, что в банке именно сегодня СУПЕР тариф по акции... Открывается БЕСПЛАТНО, обслуживание БЕСПЛАТНОЕ, эквайринг БЕСПЛАТНО, 2% комиссия и все... Шоколад!!! Но только при открытии счета.. Ок не вопрос, СОГЛАСЕН... отправил доки. На почту. После 17 часов звонят и ВНИМАНИЕ!!! мне открывают в открытии расчётного счета!!! Это бывает такое???))))) То есть банк не хочет от меня ИМЕТЬ ДЕНЬГИ?!... впервые такое встречается, но хозяин барин.. есть куча других банков, но на сколько я знаю, банки вообще за клиента борются...или уже нет???))) В общем ДВОЙКА ВАМ. Пойду в другой банк!

Удобное отделение банка, центральное в районе. Рядом имеется банкомат СберБанка.
