Не доволен банком. В описания по картам одни условия по факту другие. В описании было самостоятельное увеличение лимитов на снятие наличных. А по факту только в отделении. Перевыпуск карт полная стоимость годового обслуживания с ума сойти в других банках, что я использую такого нет. Более того карту максимум Голд где обслуживание 2800 и ту не захотели перевыпускать бесплатно. Неужели в такой ценник нельзя заложить Страховку Карты от потери. Вообщем мое мнение они зарабатывают не на банковских услугах а на выпуске карточного пластика))) (сарказм). 1 звезда и то много.

Ужаснейший офис! Постоянные очереди! Сотрудники абсолютно некомпетентны! По вопросу неверно начисленных процентов даже ответить ничего не могут, отобрали деньги и футболят! Обходите этот банк стороной и никогда не связывайтесь с убриром!!!
