Отвратительное отделение банка! Пришли сегодня около часу дня. Людей в очереди стояло 4 человека, очередь двигается очень медленно и не охотно. В итоге простоял в душном жарклм помещении около часа пока до нас дошла очередь. Никаких электронных очередей нет, только живая очередь хотя во всех остальных банках уже давно введена данная опция, очень не удобно. Приходили заплатить за обучение в университет в итоге оформляли все около 30 минут. Не понимаю что можно делать так долго. Пока стояли из очереди уходили люди, можно сказать теряли потенциальных клиентов. Отвратительный сервис!

Пришел 10 марта 2020 года в 18:10 получить перевод по золотой короне. Зал был пустой. Специалисты отказали в предоставлении услуги ссылаясь на то что это займёт около 30 минут и это задержит других клиентов если таковые придут. Повторюсь - зал был пустой, менеджер сидел без клиента. К сожалению на сайте не нашёл как подать жалобу, поэтому прошу руководство банка расценивать этот отзыв как официальную жалобу.

Звонят говорят "Вам одобрен кредит". Приходишь, тратишь два часа своего времени. В итоге отказ. Не профессионально.

Дмитрий, здравствуйте! Дистанционно сейчас можно получить только предварительное решение, окончательное принимается после вашего визита в банк. Отметим, что вы можете обратиться повторно через 30 дней, если ранее получили отказ.
