Все ещё ничего не исправили. В выходные жуткие очереди. Просидела целый час !!! Что сложно больше людей сделать в отделение ? Все ещё живая очередь. Не тратьте время съездите в другое отделение

Не удобно сидят несколько человек но принимают только 1. Почему нет нормальной очереди только живая ?? Что сложно организовать бумажные талончики ?

Здравствуйте! Сожалеем, что визит в офис оставил у вас такое впечатление. Дело в том, что сотрудники работают не только по вопросам клиентов, посетивших офис, но и по вопросам других клиентов (подготовка документов, обращение в тех.поддержку и др.). Мы передали ваши замечания руководству офиса и учтем их при улучшении сервиса. С уважением, УБРиР.

Ооочень долго приходится ждать в ЖИВОЙ очереди к оператора. Четыре рабочих места, но работают три оператора. За час очередь продвинулась на два человека. Всегда тут так: всё медленно и долго.

Посещала отделение банка 23.07.2020. Вежливые, приветливые, компетентные, расторопные кредитные менеджеры, спасибо им за их труд. Но! Абсолютно не любезная и не заинтересованная в клиенте администратор! Уважаемый банк, "театр начинается с вешалки".

Если сдохла карта до окончания срока действия, то ее восстановят только платно буд-то новую ((а платила то за 2 года пользования, а истек один((
