Живая очередь, все очень долго. Все стоят в одну очередь, хотя кому-то нужен кредит, а кому-то обмен валюты. Сейчас во всех банках есть электронная очередь, зачем издеваться над людьми, решите вопрос!!!

Банк до безумия отвратительный. 28 января 2020 года мне курьер привёз кредитную карту со всеми документами. После их подписания, он сказал, что банк мне позвонит и активирует её. Ждала звонка, не дождалась. Позвонила на горячую линию 1 февраля 2020 года. Объяснила всю ситуацию, а оказалось, что банк не одобрил. Хотя в документах писалось совсем другое. Смысл человеку привозить карту и документы на подписание, если вы не одабриваете. Даже жалко ставить одну звезду! Повторюсь, отвратительный банк. Больше не хочу иметь с вами дело!
