Пишут что до 19 00 работают в итоге отпросилась приехала к 18 00 а тут вон че и когда вы работаете тогда когда все работают и суб воск вообще не работают от слова совсем 🤬🤬🤬 я просто в гневе до горячей линии вообще не дозвониться приложение тупит все как то через одно место 🤬🤬🤬

Общение с клиентами ужасное, как-будто я лично у работника банка беру деньги, вещают по телефону 10%,на деле 25%.

Обслуживание плохое, замануха клиентов, по телефону рассказывают сказки, по факту никаких низких процентов.

Как то повелся на рекламу и решил сделать вклад, но для этого надо было заплатить за какой то непонятный пакет услуг. В первый раз встречаю банк, где для вклада нужно еще заплатить. Еще до этого посидите минут 40 в очереди.И управляющую этого филиала вроде посадили за воровство.

Это ложь!!!Неверьте,облуживание отвратительное,Сидит одна менеджер,2 окна.пустые,люди сидят по 40-50 минут.Пенсионеров отфудболивают.хотя рекламщики из Москвы.уговаривыают.прийти в Банк развития.что взял у них кредит.Пришел и отфутболили!Жесть!
