Навязывают людям страховку уралсиб жизнь, при досрочном гашении ее не возвращают, гаденько так, а прочитать договор до конца внимательно не дали.

Уважаемые господа Клиенты и Агенты. Хочу поделиться с Вами работой СГ "Уралсиб". Мы с женой работаем с ними давно как агенты. По нашему мнению с каждым годом компания работает все хуже и хуже.Профессионалов очень мало. Отношение к агентам и имиджу компании ужасное. Приведу короткий пример. Наш клиент купил себе Ленд Ровер Вог за 5, 5 млна руб.Специально жена приехала в офис, чтобы с куратором все правильно посчитать и не накосячить. В итоге куратор посчитал тариф как на Ленд Ровер Эвог, который стоит 2 млна. Ошибку обнаружили через два месяца и обвинили во всем агента. Предложили внести страхователю еще 40000 руб. Никто не извинился. А как мы можем сказать клиенту, что такие грамотные специалисты работают, что даже на этапе заключения договора проблемы. Никто не парится. Хотите, сказал куратор, пишите Заявление на расторжение. Написали. Ждем денег по расторжению с 19.06. Сегодня 8.07. Вот так работают.Сегодня убил день, но так и не смог получить ни от кого вразумительный ответ по срокам для получения денег по расторжению. Куратор Троицкая Е.И. сказала, что вообще с нами не хочет разговаривать и никакой помощи в разрешении вопроса оказывать не будет. Что будет дальше, напишу.
