Не банк,а шарага! В коллцентре выдают информацию не вникая в суть вопроса,отсюда она в итоге не соответствует действительности. Приехала в отделение по ул. Королева,3,хотела попасть в кассу,так нет! Не понятно по каким основаниям касса в отделении по ул. Королева,3 работает с 9 до 17 час.,а само отделение до 18 час. Дальше направили в отделение м. Сокольники. Касса в отделении по адресу Русаковская 28с1Б хоть и работает до 20 час, но результата в обслуживании достигнуто не было! Кассир упрямо твердила,что денег в кассе ни копейки! Хотя время до конца рабочего дня было 2,5 часа. ИТОГ: потеря времени,доверия и желания обращаться в этот банк!

Ужасный банк!!!!!!! Персонал не приветливый. ОСОБЕННО КАССИР — это ужасная недовольная жизнью женщина. Очень медленно обслуживают. Совсем не уважают своих клиентов. Все окошки были свободные, а очередь в одно окно. Провела в банке 35 мин. прошло только два человека. УЖАС!!!!!! Я думала что в сбере медлительные, нет в уралсиб на сокольниках это самый медленный банк в Москве.

Мне нравится это отделение банка, рядом с метро. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый.Особенно хочу отметить работу Татьяны Владимировны Стаднюк и Софьи (фамилию не помню, заминается кредитными картами). Очень вежливые, неравнодушные работники банка. Умело дадут консультацию и всегда помогут.
