Я один из клиентов со стажем. Одно из лучших отделений этого банка. Есть с чем сравнивать. Удобное расположение, недалеко от метро. Квалифицированный персонал. Один из недостатков - постоянная очередь при обслуживании физ. лиц. В среднем на очередь затрачиваю от 15 до 20 минут. А это много...

Плохое качество обслуживания , делают все очень медленно. Пришел снять деньги с кассы , прождал 1, 5 часа. Окно номер 9, работник сидит ,в телефоне ковыряется,вместо того , чтобы обслуживать клиентов .

Зашла в отделение 24.07.21 в 10:40, чтобы получить перевод. Хамское отношение кассира!! Нарушая законодательство, даже не скрывая этого, отказалась выдать денежный перевод как нерезиденту!! Прошу принять меры в отношении данного сотрудника (к сожалению фио не запомнила; уверена в отделении банка легко посмотреть чья была смена в этот день)

Посещала в живую офис пару-тройку раз.... 1 раз столкнулась не компетентным совсем мужчиной... (( потратила время, получила разочарование, и соответственно пришлось снова ехать,(из области ближайший банк). Благо есть компетентные и дистанционно решали и исправляли ошибки другого. спасибо большое!!! По офису... пока доедешь, очередь посидишь и т.д., нет - дамской комнаты, ни для взрослых, ни для детей. В наше время это...очень странно и неприемлемо
