Работа компании построена на отрицании своих ошибок. Указали вместо меня в Личном кабинете другого человека. Кто в этом виноват - в UPS считают, что клиент. Пока они разбирались как это поправить - прошел срок бесплатного хранения. Кто оплатит хранение - ну конечно клиент. А куда он денется, ведь иначе не отдадут посылку

Королёва Наталья которая работает в UPS - просто тварь. Хамит, не отвечает на вопросы, разговаривает как с подчиненным. Такому человеку не место в сфере услуг.

Probably the laziest service ww. Dozens of people made an efforts to get my parcel within 2 countries and 3 thousand km within 26 hours. Then UPS broker happened, they already took 5 days to proceed received documents. Broke the date of delivery 3 times already but I still don't have even a new planned time of it. Don't answering the letters. More than a half an hour to get a "helper" on the phone. Useless custom support. Rough behaviour. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND HEALTH. PLEASE, BE HAPPY IN HELL.

Разве это нормально что я не могу дозвониться? Я звоню а вы просто сбрасываете!!! Дозвонился с 20 раза, а там сказали что меня плохо слышно, попробуйте перезвонить!!! А дальше просто сбрасывают!! Как мне получить мою посылку??!! Ужасно просто

Отстой полный. Телефон не берут по 3-4 дня. Невозможно неделю оформить перевозку. Никому ничего не надо. Сотрудники не компететные
