В диспетчерскую службу в выходные дни дозвониться невозможно, отвечают только диспетчеры, принимающие заявки на платные услуги. На сайте указано, что диспетчерская служба работает в субботу и воскресенье круглосуточно. Но приходится вместо ответа оператора слушать джаз. Кто-нибудь может навести порядок в этой конторе? За что мы платим деньги?
