Это что-то с чем-то: в квартире еще вчера пропала горячая вода, хотя отопление работает. Попытки выяснить, кто наша управляющая компания, посредством звонков в четыре разные инстанции, от диспетчерской ЖКХ по Москве до АО "Одинцовский теплосеть", привели меня к ООО УЖХ, которые с первого декабря стали нашей новой управляющей компанией (ни одного уведомления об этом не было, на информационном стенде об этом ни слова). Приветствует по номеру телефона приятный голос робота: "Ваш звонок очень важен для нас" и прочая лапша на уши. Почему "лапша"? Потому что я позвонила ДЕВЯТЬ РАЗ по номеру ООО УЖХ, и НИ РАЗУ там не взяли трубку. Голос робота -> соединение с оператором -> гудки -> "абонент не отвечает" и сброс вызова. Прекрасная управляющая компания, которая, судя по отзывам ниже, не просто "не может нормально контролировать выполнение работ по своим адресам", но и на ТЕЛЕФОННЫЙ ЗВОНОК ответить не удосуживаются. Зачем вообще такая управляющая компания нужна, если ее днем с огнем не сыщешь? Судя по всему, в УЖХ на работу взяли личностей альтернативно одаренных, которые просто просиживают штаны и плевать хотят на выполнение хотя бы минимальных своих обязанностей. Следует уже начать подавать на эту богадельню жалобы в жилищную инспекцию и роспотребнадзор, потому что иначе эти кадры так и продолжат класть болт на свои обязанности, игнорировать звонки и всякую пьянь нанимать на работу.
