Специалисты не представляются по телефону, несмотря на просьбу назваться, напрочь отсутствуют бейджи либо таблички-визитки на столах. Видимо это профилактика жалоб))). В целом обычное бюджетное заведение, с очередями, бюрократией и неразберихой. Чистый туалет, есть кресла для ожидающих, информационные стенды.

Неудачная организация работы: дежурит один человек, он же принимает звонки, электронная очередь выключена, остальные "внимательные" сотрудники, занятые другими делами, проходя мимо, особо настойчивых посетителей принимают вне общей очереди (чтобы те не шумели). Дежурный разрывается на части, люди ждут в очереди, начальство и другие сотрудники занимаются своими делами.
