15.09.2015 Сегодня была в налоговой г.Домодедово , народу много,пришлось конечно ждать.Однако сдвиги в работе с налогоплательщиками в лучшую сторону произошли. Отношение другое, более доброжелательное буквально всех с кем общалась.Хотелось бы чтобы руководство отметило Орлову Наталью, неожиданно для меня очень доходчиво и грамотно всё обьяснила,проверила расчёты,внесла корректировки на основе представ ленных мною документов из БТИ . Квитанция по земельному налогу ни разу не приходила на домашний адрес.Ездила в Налоговую,даже оставила заявление со своим адресом.Толку нет,только и рыщу по сайту налог.ру и вижу свои суммы,а где квитанции? Как можно так по хамски относится к людям,а пени ведь я оплачиваю из-за вашей плохой работы.

Удивили преобразования! Появился администратор, правда его нет на месте, он носится по коридору, проводит консультации и дизинфекцию одновременно))) теперь есть зона для ожидания, и талоны очередности, окошки для обсуждения. В целом прикольно стало. Свой вопрос я решила за 5 минут) раньше бы просидела там пол дня.

Стало лучше за последние годы. Сотрудники вежливые, терпеливые. В очереди не ждешь полдня. Мне нравится то, что людей организуют в очереди, направляют и сами выдают талоны. Сотрудники выходят из кабинета для решения вопросов и тем самым очередь движется быстрее. Я обычно очень быстро управляюсь со всеми вопросами в Домодедовской налоговой. Только люди в очереди попадаются злые и непонимающие, думаю, в силу воспитания и развития. Нужно же понимать, что там в окошках тоже люди работают и в очереди стоят такие же граждане.

Добрый день,во время карантина посещал налоговую для подачи документов,вместо специальных боксов,стоит картоная коробка,привязанная к перилам.это ужас Все это к тому что ваши персональные данные в свободном доступе для всех
