Никогда бы не подумал,что почти в центре Москвы может находиться такой гадюшник. Это я о Покровка,42. Маленькая комнатенка,набитая людьми,протертые столетние диваны,живая очередь,отсутствие туалета ( а ведь людям там по полдня приходится быть).Одним словом,бедность и нищебродство.По-моему,сейчас любой мфц на порядок круче .Вот по поводу операторов ничего плохого не могу сказать,-за несколько часов моего присутствия там все разруливали профессионально. А в целом,позорище...

Позор УФМС России! Хамское отношение к людям, как к скоту! Один год и три месяца мы потратили на то чтобы сдать документы на ВНЖ. Бесконечные поездки в УФМС и талонов никогда не доставалось. Талоны заканчивались за 20 минут. Люди ночуют перед дверьми на морозе, чтобы войти в здание первыми. Двери открываются и начинается давка. В толпе есть и беременные женщины, которых так же давят под натиском и мужья опытаются их оградить… После того, как люди вошли в здание - все бегут к стойке для получения талонов. Несколько раз мы попадали к инспектору. Документы возвращали - не хватало запятой, МО поставили перед Москвой, а надо после, слова меняли местами… В июле 2017 года у нас приняли документы. Сейчас январь 2018 и ВНЖ до сих пор не выдано! 7 месяцев УФМС рассматривают документы! Срок действия действующего документа (РВП) уже заканчивается, скоро муж не сможет выехать/въехать в Россию. Все в стрессе. Как Вам, УФМС, не стыдно так унижать людей! Унижая людей, доводя их до такого состояния, вы демонстрируйте свой низкий уровень сознания. Процессы которые вы не в состоянии организовать адекватным образом, ваше отношение подтверждают статус России как страны третьего мира. Позор вам! Позор УФМС! Позор правительству России за то, что допускает работу своей структуры на таком уровне!
