Здравствуйте! Очень усложнили жизнь отключив терминал по подаче данных электроэнергии и терминала банка. Если уж так боитесь вируса, можно высавить аппараты в предбанник, где ящики для воды весят. Все сейчас делается для перевода людей в "вертуальную реальность".....а не подумали опять о людях. Мы до сих пор не можем сделать социальную карту ребенку( закончился сорк действия), когда приходишь в цент жля оформления.....консультантом все равно, что у тебя нет возможности оформить самостоятельно.....короче так себе они работают....у меня много претензий.....тут долго писать, но пусть знают недовольных много....

Здравствуйте, Кристина. С 30 марта и до особого распоряжения сотрудники центров «Мои Документы» прекратили прием посетителей в связи с тяжелой эпидемиологической ситуацией в городе. Хотим отметить, что терминалы, установленные в центре, не являются собственностью центров, они остаются в собственности тех организаций, которые их установили и которые самостоятельно принимают решение о размещении или не размещении терминалов вне центров госуслуг. К сожалению, возможность получения новой социальной карты в наших центрах появится только после снятия режима повышенной готовности - для этого необходимо распоряжение властей города.
